Etto Pastificio Pasta
Etto Pastificio is the Central Coast's first production of slowly dried pasta which helps to maintain flavor, texture and nutrition. Their pasta is hand crafted in small batches in Tin City, Paso Robles by bronze blades out of organic Western US Durum Semolina flour. The pasta has a rough texture which helps sauce cling. It is high in protein and low in carbohydrates. Enjoy the best of Italian style pasta made with California passion.
